Are the earrings handmade?
Yes, each piece is individually hand-shaped, hand-painted and hand-finished by myself. Naturally, as a result to this delicate process slight imperfections may occur, making each pair really one of a kind. Also, I make my earrings in a very limited series (one-to-three pairs per style), in order for each style to remain truly unique.
Are the earrings heavy?
No, as large as some of them might appear, the earrings are made with specialist super-lightweight clay. This allows me to create large designs for some of them, while making sure their weight is not oppressive to the ear.
Are the earrings suitable for the sensitive ears?
Yes, the earrings' posts are made from hypoallergenic surgical steel, making them suitable for sensitive ears.
Are the earrings sustainable / eco-friendly?
Yes, each earring is made with non-toxic clay, and all items such as pearls and beads are upcycled from second-hand garments. The leather is purchased and repurposed from commercial production leftovers. I source everything locally and I make sure to implement 0% waste policy for the materials and as minimal carbon footprint as possible. I believe there is no place for unsustainable models of production in the 21st century.
What is the recommended aftercare?
Cleaning - The earrings can be dusted off with a soft haired brush or wiped with a dry cloth.
Storage - Please store the earrings in a dry, cool place. Avoid storing the earrings in direct sunlight for extended length of time. It is recommended to keep your pieces in the gift box they arrived in, and away from other metal jewellery to avoid scratching.
Handling - Please take extra care while handling the earrings as they are a delicate, handmade pieces.

Shipping:
Orders can be shipped worldwide, however the shipment costs and timeframes vary depending on the region.
Delivery:
Each order is posted in a bubble-padded envelope, and packed in eco-friendly gift box with a satin pouch inside to ensure safe travel as well as safe storage of the pieces.
It can take up to 2 working days for order to be dispatched. Orders within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail first class service, which takes 3-5 days to arrive (delays can be expected due to COVID-19). International orders can take 6-10 working days to arrive once dispatched.
Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply - I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns/Exchanges:
